First, start a new character and place (PoW) after your name. Items: Absolutely nothing is to be bought from Griswald. Only exception to this rule: As long as they haven't been able to buy an item of a kind (a hat or armor or sword etc.) they can use the stuff they get at their birth or find in the dungeons (nothing from Gris). But when they have one of Wirt's lovely items they have to use this instead. They may repair Wirt's items at Gris and they may sell items from Wirt they no longer use to Gris (it raises the money). They may buy potions from Pepin and Adria but no books (also the Sorceror, yes). They may use any scrolls they find in the dungeon but can only buy town portal and identify. Elixirs are expensive, they may buy them, but only if the really have a lot money too much. No gifts are to be accepted from other characters - well maybe except for money: it's like a donation for a good purpose. Patrons of Wirt must buy every item Wirt offers to them if they can realistically afford it. If they can't they have to go to the dungeons and earn the money. They may own four pieces of jewelry, wearing three and one for changing (Wirt doesn't sell this kind of stuff). Everything else has to be sold for the good purpose. They don't force themselves to use items they cannot properly handle, meaning for example a Rogue doesn't have to use a sword and a warrior doesn't have to use a bow. But they always have to use the most annoying item of a kind they bought from Wirt. That means the best prefix and suffix in combination with the worst base item. You have to decide this for yourselves, but anyway you will never be able to wear a full plate, a bastard sword or a war bow or any of these high base items. Quest:
