Ok, so, here's what I meant to do:

You can see what I landed and what I picked up. I also have a few more units, HAs and Pikes on the hill to the north of my cap to collect next turn.
Here's what Nauf has:

He doesn't have Engineering so my units are safe. Also, this turn Vanrober invaded. I had a Chariot hanging around there watching, but SOMEHOW Miguelito had a SPEAR THERE, and killed it!!!!!!
Anyway, Vanrober has a lot of Keshiks in that force and not a lot else, plus he has a sizable force protecting his other border with El Grillo, so although the Keshiks are scary, I think my forces are locally superior. I'm going to have to keep a close eye on things and find the best opportunity.

In normal human culture, this is what's known as a fucking dick move:
Thanks for ruining any fun I might have had in the rest of this game Miguelito.
Edit: And as if that weren't bad enough, Vanrober got attacked and seems to be pulling out of Nauf's land? At least his stack is nowhere to be seen and it's not like he needs it all to take that one little city to the south.
But I cannot advance onto flat land with those Phracts. They'll attack, win every battle, and flank my cats down to death.
Maybe I should have just wasted all my units to kill a half-dozen Cataphracts or so in my own land.
Edit edit: Why hasn't this game been called yet? If it's not clear by now, I conceded to Miguelito a while ago (around the time Charriu decided not to keep the Phract nerfs from RtR).

GG!
I'm sorry it felt like that to you. I swear it was not meant to just annoy you, actually in part it was out of respect. I expected to have fewer ships than you for quite a long while, and a canal between Santiago and English Madrid seemed very uncomfortable for us.
Also, we had ambitions for that continent, and either you or vanrober taking Spain would of course have complicated this greatly.
Congrats on the final city raze, hope it felt good
Do you think you could have wiped our cataphract stack during the push for your capital? When I saw all the units you had between your homeland and Santiago, I felt that I had pushed in too blindly, having become somewhat arrogant after the successes against gira and Elkad. I suspect that you were not in position to hit because you would have expected me to attack more competently, so did that save me?

Yeah, my frustration came because from my perspective the game was over long before then, so you really didn't have any need to worry about me at that point. I was actually planning on making peace with you and fighting with Vanrober over Madrid.
I was quite happy to get that final city raze in.
when you moved those Phracts in unsupported towards my cap I might have been able to do some damage, but by then too many of my units were out of position on boats. Also, 12 Strenght Phracts are just too powerful. Their high base strength makes promotions that much more powerful. Even with the cats, you had enough Phracts there that only a few of my units would have gotten good odds, even after the cats. I just didn't see the point, it wouldn't have made any difference anyway.

Regarding the map.
I actually moved my starting settler AWAY from you on T0. Completely by accident (thought it was my scout). Then settled the next turn. And in case you haven't seen a map, I have zero room to my west (other than a couple 2-tile islands)
I started 4w of Chicken Itza on the spice hill
