Notice for modders

Here some general informations for anybody who wants to continue modding CtH or who wants to start their own mod with all the additions that CtH provides. 

1. You are allowed to do with the mod what you want.
   
2. Feel free to fork from CtH on Github
   
3. You will find a section with information for modders at the end of the changelog
   
4. Should you want to start with a fresh BtS balancing, you will find a folder BtS_XML in the git repo. If you overwrite the XML folder with the content in BtS_XML, you will have BtS in all its beauty.
