[PB75 Spoiler] Ginger and Civac's Outside Context Problem

I don't have questions about most of the early game as it didn't involve me and Ginger is gone, but do you know why so many of Drylins matured towns got pillaged?

I had no destroyer with my fleet since those I had were lost earlier. This allowed Mjmd to observe my ships without me even realizing. Last turn he also got a 50/50 shot onto one of my nuclear-armed submarines with his own submarine and won. This cost me 2 tac nukes. (Thinking about it I wonder how he got vision of my submarine.)

I had two tactical nukes headed over, but I didn't figure for your fleet being in the middle of the ocean, got nervous, and sent them back. And about how I saw it.

I did send the tactical nuke back last turn and was just using mine to scout number and direction facing of his battleships when I saw it this turn. Took the 50% shot and won!!! I would bet it was loaded.

Only other question I had is why it seemed like you weren't building navy out of all your ports at least earlier on? When I had airships in Ljub land I was keeping track of the ports I could see and specifically some of the northern ones looked like they weren't building for a while. Based on you destroying one of my fleets, I assume later on every port was producing.

No idea about the towns. Ginger asked me about tactical advice but otherwise I wasn't involved.

Yeah, I scouted some of your submarines with an empty attack submarine on a later turn. Did not know this either.

Very early on the capital and NE city had infrastructure projects queued (still left overs by Gingers), for example Oxford in capital. It may have been greedy but I finished those, partly because it seemed Ginger wanted them. Otherwise the northern city weren't very productive, it may have seemed they weren't making ships because they needed several turn to construct one. I may have mistakenly built something else now and then though I did try to stay on top of this and only make ships in the coastal cities.
