The description could use some refactoring
Each row applies individually as a separate effect.

So permanent normal units with wraith form get 2 attack and 1 defense.
"attack" is melee attack unless otherwise specified but I've added the word "melee" after posting to make it clearer.

The ability "Wall Crusher" applies to ranged attacks, so yes.
Also, apparently it was buffed many years ago and now it's a 100% chance of success on each attack. I remembered 50% and 25%, not that it really makes much difference.

I do, but slowly. Don't want to make the mistake of forcing myself to finish quickly like I used to do all the time when pushing updates was more urgent. So it's like 2 hours of progress every few days. Just started my first war against a Nature/Death wizard with Lizardmen.

Edit : Played like 5 turns today, it was fun but ended up like it always does. "hey the AI is not attacking my Floating Island"... two hours of debugging later "oh so that's why!...I guess I play the next turn tomorrow then."
