I need to sort out some web space issues on my host (looks like I'll have to take down parts of some of the older Civ 3 reports) but will have a report up by tomorrow.

Wow. I wasn't expecting to be the only cultural one, or to win, but I was not expecting everyone to do the same plan as me and kick my behind thoroughly in playing time. Ruff was nearly 4 times as fast as I was, sheesh. Well done to the others.
