I can't really give you any advice as I haven't the need to fool around with the tools too much. Just take a look around, you can't screw up too much. The only thing I can think of right now is to Psychically Remove Message of spams. You will have to use your good judgment what to do with the rest. I have never deleted message(s) unless all parties in the thread asked for it. It might have happened twice in RB history. If it's just someone making a fool out of themselves, the post(s) don't get deleted even if they ask for it. A poster should think twice before he pushes the post button.
