How annoying!

As you will have likely seen in ad hoc's thread, he took down my Impis with the loss of only 1 axe. I was hoping that if he was going to risk it he would at least lose a couple more.

Luckily, my remaining Impi, Chariot & Warrior have survived unscathed as ad hoc agreed to a white peace - which is probably the best thing for both of us.

Settler 2 completed at end of last turn.

Sorry for no updates for this game guys, if I'm honest this game already has massive echoes of the PBEM4 Greens game.

I tried a rush (like Strike did) - falied even more miserably and am slowly paying for it. Whilst I'm still in touch with some of them, NSA have just flown away like Kyan.

Now I must rant a little as I think that having HC was considerably better than what anyone else could get and this game has really shown it. Not to take away from NSA's play (which has been good), but given a more level playing field I think that they wouldn't already be in a huge runaway position.

What also annoys me is that noone is doing a damn thing about it. I'm miles away from them so I can't attack them, and although I have raised how fearsome the lead that NSA has, its simply been 'oh dear' or 'that's a shame'. I raise doing something about it and they all just sigh and say nothing. Either these guys don't care about the game & have given up already, or they have some mysterious plan I can't possibly think of.

They will just keep running away with it without military action but its nearly too late already as they have higher power than me, ad hoc & Pegasus (plus Ruff I imagine).

If NSA don't win this game, it would be a complete miracle.

Still, it was an interesting game plan and a big shame that it didn't work!

I can see where you're coming from on the leader traits. It's a tough one. Wonder why nobody else is doing anything. Any ideas?

One can hope Bob, but I'm mainly trying to expand right now to a decent level before rebuilding any aggressive military.

It really is mystifying how noone is doing anything about NSA. It appears like they may have also started taking lots of border land by Ruff, using Stonehenge to gain cultural dominance. Why he isn't bugging people every turn to get involved and help him I'll never know!

As was said in my last post over 2 months ago, NSA have it pretty much won.

Just because I could and am the furthest away from them, I managed to raze a size 1 nospace city on the northern landmass as it had only had an axe in a few turns ago when my boat snook a look it, so I picked up some chariots and killed it - only needing one in the end as well!

Its a token gesture with no real gain for me other than a smidgen of pride, but this game would otherwise be completely dead for me so why not kill what I can, even if its not very much at all!
