MapMaker needed! 2v2 Team Duel!

Okay so, Seven and I are going to duel Scooter and Dazed.

The Duel of the Duelers! or something.

We need a map for a 2v2. Mirrored or balanced, either is fine. We'd like some level of water to it. I always like a Lakes map. Scooter and Dazed have been doing Inland Sea but I find that to be a bit too much about water than I'd like. We could go with an MP map like the wheel too. Wouldn't mind that. Basically, a lot of the details are up to the mapmaker.

We're still deciding civs and leaders and such, but we'll add them to this thread as we confirm them.

We decided on settings.

Ancient era
"Standard" map size (just the setting which affects tech costs, drafting limit, etc; actual size up to you)
Emperor difficulty
Quick
No barbs
No huts, random events, or vassal states
(No city elim limit)

Other than that see the first post -

We have banned for ourselves:
-Nukes
-War Elephants
-Statue of Zeus
-Corps
-All city gifting
-India
-Spies
-Blockades

We will secretly pick leaders/civs (unrestricted) and send them to you. In case the map is such that one of the starts is closer to the opponents than the other start on the team, we'll designate which civ/leader goes in the closer one. (That's not meant as a map requirement though; it's just to avoid the situation where we pick similar civs/leaders but one team gets a better position draw than the other.)

Pick one team randomly to go before the other.
