Minipatch Change default wizards

Here you are a new set of wizards.

Nothing fancy, simply changed the base of the wizards you get at the begin of the game, so you can be "surprised" by the encounter.
Of course, if you do not like surprises, you can check the prerolled wizards when you start a new game.

Finally Kyrub fixed a bug in Lo Pan (he had one more pick) so I added both vanilla and Insecticide restore option.

As usual this patch works with vanilla (1.31), Insecticide (1.40n so far) and all the mods that do not alter the starting wizards picks (like my mod).

So...who are they? Want to introduce them with screenshots of their new abilities?

Well, the idea is to have a "surprise" by meeting them in the game; if someone do not like surprises you can see them all when you choose your starting wizard.

However, if some of you prefer a formal introduction, I'll explain what is behind the choice of every wizard.
