Arathorn, do you mind if I use your list to make the results page?

Well, that's why I offered it. I'm a bit leery of making it TOO official, because my notes were taken hastily and primarily for myself. I tried to be accurate (and got moreso as I went along), but....

It'd make me feel better if you at least read the winner's report in each category. Other than that, the list is yours to do with as you see fit. I have an Excel document, too, that I'd be happy to send to you, if you would like. Anything I can do to make your life easier (well, within limits!! ), I'm happy to contribute.

My date should be 1967 for the diplomatic victory on Arathorn's list instead of 1965.

OK, the preliminary results page is up, complete with Flowers and Affection for the Epic Heroes . It's not linked from the main site yet- this is everyone's opportunity to proofread it before it goes up!

I did look at the winners' reports from each category, as well as several other reports. If anybody feels like I missed something, please let me know.

Notes for future reports: It would be a HUGE HELP if players would post their actual ending date clearly in an easy to find way. "mid 1700s" isn't really a legal date, for example, although I'm counting it for this go-around. Also, although it may be easy enough to figure out when your game ended if it was "5 turns after 1920" or some-such, this is not so easy when you're trying to compile 50+ results. (also please don't feel like I'm singling you out if that was an example from your report- there were others, too!)

One interesting note that I'm not sure was mentioned specifically (I know it's been referenced in a few places)- the AI had the 4th fastest Space launch in this Epic.

Congratulations to everyone who took the time to report on their game. Without the reporting and discussion, it would be just another single player game.
