The Janus hero is my favourite mod idea. It's simple, innovative, funny, with good mythological background.
Maybe, Janus could use a random warrior pick as a spice, to create surprising scenarios.

[EDIT - I forgot you avoid random picks.]

Actually, if I get back to doing this I'll probably add random picks back in, though probably only one. It's an issue for caster heroes because I removed their ranged attacks, so having them get Arcane Power would wind up being a totally useless pick.
