...because I wanted to make my first thread with a poll in it smile

Also, it seemed more efficient to take this discussion out of the other thread so we can focus on addressing exploits and snake-picking.

Azza posted previously that he would prefer two city-states per player. Unless he has changed his mind, we're facing a tie on the number of city-states people want (I'm taking Jowy's 42 to mean "I don't care."). With me voting for 6, 2 voting for 9 and 2 more voting for 12, I'm inclined to resolve it towards the compromise number (9). I have edited the settings to reflect this. Unless someone raises a serious objection, that seems like the best number to go with to me.
