Good report. Yes, the scout pointed in the direction of the flood plain and Zara was completely intentional. And indeed, Moscow was designed to look worse than it really was while playing alright at least early on. What wasn't intentional was Brennus's big backyard, I didn't really realize he had that much room. I also didn't realize how big the economic crash would be while pink-dotting, with no cottages at the capital. And funny that all the resources actually hurt economy for a bit since the cities would grow onto so many of them before any cottages. You handled that well, though.
You met the win conditions about when I would've expected. Even if Brennus had a bit more land left to expand, you wouldn't lose from there. I think they worked about right in this case, and in most of the games here.
The sparse foreign advisor screen is because tech trading was off, which means nothing can go into the "Wants", "Will Trade", "Won't Trade" columns.
