Fix "Lost rolls" bug : successful rolls no longer cause skipping another roll.

You really need to see if these non-destructive changes can be rolled into Insecticide. Make v1.5 or something. I know I would love to see all the bugfixes done but the gameplay left unchanged. Don't count on kyrub's help as he comes and goes as he pleases, and only fixes what he wants to fix.

I'm using insecticide 1.4n as a base for my mod so everything I posted is compatible and can be added safely. I can't guarantee they work in 1.31, but in 1.4n they do.
I don't think I have enough understanding of the code and data structures to do major bugfixes yet, nor do I know the game enough to even know what are the bugs other than those explicitly mentioned in wikis. For the time being I'll post what I find, and we'll see what the future brings.
