Pragmatist personality

I noticed how this personality exists in the game yet the AI never, ever selects it. It only ever influences the game through the Grand Vizier, which builds based on the player's personality which, although not displayed in the game, defaults to pragmatist.
Maybe it would be nice to make it available for the AI?

I've never heard of it. How does it work? Sounds like it was just a hack for the Grand Vizier to work, although I doubt any MoM game has been played with this on since 1994.

It's the objective that does not add any extra weight to any specific type of building and just uses the base weights. Which might actually be a lot better strategy than focusing on one thing all the time and it's definitely different from the other 4 available objectives. Perfectionist might sound similar in effect but it actually is not, it weights gold, production and food buildings higher than normal.

It has its own variable at the time of personality and objective selection but nothing in the game adds to it, so it stays zero and gets never selected. It even has a help entry. I've modded the selection to add to the chance of selecting it and it now shows up.

It does have its own added weights for each building type like other objectives, but they are all zero unless we change them.
