Ehm, ..., I rolled a Pangaea and moved the starts around so that no-one was screwed over. I honestly didn't think about him being one off the coast, mostly thinking about his early output. I don't think it's the end of the world, won't have an effect till his capital is > size 10. He's not the only one with some dead tile in his capital either.

I totally forgot about the 2h plant thing when making the capitals btw. But it didn't seem to break things afterwards so I figured it was ok to leave it. AT did get a nice little upgrade though.
