Resist Magic? What, couldn't spring for Magic Immunity?
I guess this game has suddenly changed from a CHAOS TURTLES strategy into "single hero clicks auto" strategy...
Sage Master was pretty cool this game though. I got Immolation and Chaos Channels early and then beat Merlin's ass pretty early (AFTER HE SHOWED UP ACROSS THE WATER IN 1402 AND STOLE ALL MY EASY DUNGEONS!!! ARRGH!!), stomping his all-sprite capital with four flaming turtle bros. Then I was able to take a couple chaos nodes with some enchanted Javelineers (EW+FB+CC), got some prisoners, researched Blazing March pretty eary, used it to break through to Myrror, and then found this.
Besides anything else, Chaos Channels is pretty nice just for taking Chaos Nodes. Most races have at least one or two units that, w/ CC, can take pretty much any red node by storming it en-masse.
