Qwack - Adventure 5 report

Heylo. I changed around a bit this time. In my other reports I was actaully writing it while I was playing (After each session I would report that session). In this game I actually played the entire game through before writing it, so there may not be a great level of detail in the report.

Enjoy.

Well planned and played.

When the copper didn't show I was reminded of Sirian's "You've Got to be Kidding" Epic and immediately suspected that missing resources were the Sleight O' Hand in this one as well.

But I got lucky and dug up iron and uranium and the French dug up two sources of Aluminium and so I bought one. And took full advantage of those factors to punch the AI around.

Your focus paid off however as you reached the launch date 36 years before I did. But I had a lot of fun getting there.....

Heh - I went the other way around (I needed the planning between sessions anyway; reviewing the most recent phase of the game helped (at least I think it did - hard to tell from the results).

Excellent game, Qwack. Now I know why you recently played such brilliant turns in our Queen Mother's Rise. Impressive !

LT
Come not to me again: but say to Athens,
Timon hath made his everlasting mansion
Upon the beached verge of the salt flood;
Who once a day with his embossed froth
The turbulent surge shall cover: thither come,
And let my grave-stone be your oracle.
Lips, let sour words go by and language end:
What is amiss plague and infection mend!
Graves only be men's works and death their gain!
Sun, hide thy beams! Timon hath done his reign.
