PBEM76 Replacement (You're winning!)

Hi all, I am hoping to find a player to replace me in PBEM76. Contrary to the usual posts of this type, this is not a desperate situation. I'll put the rest in spoilers so the other guys in the game don't read it.

We are in first place with a considerable tech advantage.
We also have the most land.
Our borders are secure. I have a few piles of knights at various locations to protect multiple cities from any potential, albeit very unlikely, incursions.
We just finished researching military tradition (we got rifling through liberalism two turns ago) and we have access to cavalry. I had lots pre-building so you already have a couple to play with and many more on the way. Our cities are all very developed with infrastructure.
We are in a golden age (our third. One from Taj Mahal and the other two from great people. There is a third great person currently producing to enable us to trigger the 3-person G. Age if required.)
You may want to swap into mercantilism if going to war (which I think you should)
Our nearest competitor finished researching gunpowder last turn to get muskets.
The neighbour we have the biggest border with is defending with Horse Archers and Catapults and his army basically consists of a stack of 5 of each. We've been friends all game and we're so far ahead that I have been debating whether it's worth killing him for his land or leaving him be and going to attack Thoth (in 2nd place) instead as we can always gobble him up later. That said, this would be your call.

My reason for wanting to hand over the reins is that the turns have just become a drag. It's a chore to play them, but I also don't want to stop giving it my best attention and end up throwing away a very strong position.

Please message me if you would like the save or anymore details. I can jump on discord or whatever to chat if that is helpful.

Just a little bump that a replacement is desired for this game.

The game has a good pace (usually a turn a day. Average of probably 6 a week). The civ is set up so you can do what you want really.

I'd be interested, but I have no idea how the PBEM works other than the basic concept, so if you (or someone else) could explain, I'd be happy to take over.

Hi Mr. Cairo, thanks for your interest. The basic premise is that a turn is emailed to you. You open it up, input the password (which i'll provide to you) and play the turn. When you hit end turn, a save is generated. You email that save to the next player (in this case, Thoth) and then go on with your day.

The next day, with a bit of luck, it will be back and one turn further on. It works well. Key things to remember is that end of turn effects are resolved when you press enter and end the turn. eg. if a wonder is completing at the end of your turn- you WILL get it. It will finish when you end turn as the turns are not simultaneous as in pitboss. Conveniently, this means 'double-moving' and so on is impossible.

I can email you the current save and discuss it with you if you would like. I'm heading home from work shortly and am happy to run through it all with you.

I messaged you, but I think it sent to your email box, rather than private messages.

My email is khanragnarzulu at gmail dot com

If you can send me your email, i'll send you over a save to look at.
