If I had accepted your OB offer, were you intending to use the "kidnap" ability to steal my settled Engineers, and/or WS to kill Mud Golems? If not, it was a silly error on my part to not sign them.

I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't think about it, but at the same time I'm not sure what the odds of a successful Kidnap are and even so, it seems silly to antagonize my neighbor when I'm not ready to be aggressive yet.

I believe the odds are about 50%- if you fail it's an automatic war declaration, but there's no way a human opponent won't declare on you anyway even if you do pull it off.
