New game and a new map and instead of the obvious play of building a soldier I went for a mage, since all the towns seem to be 5 squares apart, so this guy should get me more cash earlier.
I haven't given the map much more thought than that, but deploying a bunch of spears before bringing in some bigger beasts seems sensible.
