As a lurker, I saw Ivory there. "Tickle the ivories" is the phrase, not tinkle, but tinkle is what you would hear from a children's toy piano. As I always say, reverse-engineer the clue, Ivory would make you think of a piano and of a tinkling sound.

I would have guessed Note - Ivory - Spell. The Peter Pan fairy is Tinkerbell not Tinkle, but her fairy dust and animated spells in general often have a tinkling sound effect. Also there is a Final Fantasy 5 item named the Tinkle Bell, possibly as a mistranslation of Tinker.
