Good game, and well played everyone. Red team was able to follow my logic perfectly, even though I did take a few risks. Notably:

I like Ice second because it's absolutely unmistakable, you can't possibly clue Skis without expecting to hit that.

I lean Phoenix + Ham since a centaur is part human while a Phoenix isn’t.

Skis could have hit ANTARCTICA and Animal could have hit CENTAUR, both of which were blue. But I felt I had to take those risks, because Blue would definitely have finished in 3 rounds if we didn't beat them to it. I didn't think the risks were that great. Canada and the Alps are skiing destinations and also generally associated with winter sports whereas... people only incidentally ski in Antarctica, they are there for other reasons as explorers or scientists. Likewise, Animal over Creature should have ruled out CENTAUR. The team wasn't being too picky there, but just picky enough.
I thought Blue could comfortably win in three rounds: something like Mythological 4 (CENTAUR/MERCURY/SATURN/BOW), Gavel 2 (COURT/TAP), Amundsen 2 (ANTARCTICA/CENTRE). (I couldn't remember Amundsen's name but pindicator conveniently supplied it.
) I couldn't see how Blue could win in two rounds, but Valhalla was a brilliant clue, combining my Mythological with COURT/CENTRE. Blue team was very close to winning. In fact, their last guess felt somewhat rushed; SATELLITE was not the strongest choice for the remaining Cold word. (If JR4 wanted to clue ANTARCTICA/MERCURY/SATURN/SATELLITE, it would have been more logical to clue Desolation or Exploration 4.) If DEATH hadn't been on the board, I think Blue would have managed it. Needing to clear that word before clueing Valhalla was quite limiting.
