About the special characters: I think I know what to do there. Just use them and I will replace them with the correct encoding.

Thanks for the picture. I get what's the problem.

With "use them" I mean just use them as normal. I will later replace these special characters with the stuff I did for the German special characters like

& #252;

EDIT: Note I added a space between & and # otherwise it will be converted to the corresponding letter.

You replaced some of the umlaute incorrectly, Charriu. I put the xml escape sequences directly into the google document. No guarantee I got them all.

@Civac2: Which umlaut is incorrect? I've send Charriu a script for automatic conversion. Looks like this script contains an error.

Edit: I think the/one(?) is 'ä'. My script replaces it with & 228; as expected. Iin the XML & 252; (ü) is used. So I assume the error was made manually.

ö was replaced with ü in several places (eg. Einwanderungsbehürde). I think that was the only error actually.

Yes I did change the Umlaute manually this time. Must have done a mistake by search and replace
