Patch information

Our most recent Epic is using Conquests 1.22, so after Rik's comment I wanted to check in on everyone's patching status. Since most SG's seem to have gone to 1.22, that seemed like a good choice for the Epics. But, I'd like to hear from players- do you prefer 1.15 or 1.22?

If your answer doesn't fit neatly into only one category above, please feel free to reply and tell me what you prefer instead of voting.

First to vote ! I voted 1.22 only, though I have a dual install. But I want to get rid of it asap (only have 1 PBEM on 1.15 and that's it). So that's Epics on 1.22 for me.

And I'd rather see some games with "classical" variants in the near future... :P

Either is fine with me, I've had dual installs, and could do so again (Currently on 1.22). If only I could set up a dual install of Civ and RL, so I could do both simultaneously.....

This is a really old thread, but for some reason it always is first on my list of civ threads. No matter what Kylereans last post happened today. Everyday I check, the last post date changes to today. This is doesn't happen with any other old threads or in any other forums. (On my comp the most recent postings are shown first, so this thread is always shown first bc, supposedly, it has been posted on most recently.) Does this happen to anyone else, and is there anything I can do about it?

Here too. This happened around the time Gris was trying to fix the forum clock, so maybe it has something to do with that. Or it's because it's a poll?

I just had replied to the "still wanna play civ 3" thread @ 8:41, or w/e time the messed up forum clock said (here in DC its actually 11:4?, didnt actually check the last didgit). Then I see Kylerean w/ that old patch thread has been replied to @ 8:42. I was freaking out thinking that the problem was still happening, and just rejumped to the top after every new posting on a different thread.
Luckily it was just the real you (not the you from july 12 2004) replying to the thread. Well thanx for letting me know im not alone

I think it bumps to the top after people vote, even if they don't post. So, if it keeps going back to the top after people make posts to other threads, check the amount of votes there are in the poll (right now there's 17).

You'll have to thank KoP and digix for fixing the clock. I just turned off flood control. :P
