Here again to point small details.
In the game we receive offers to hire mercenaries with various levels, but we receive sometimes "impossible" units, like Magician without magical weapons.
Since to build a Wizards Guild you need an Alchemist Guild, it is impossible to have Magician without magical weapons.
There is a way to fix it?
BTW I would like to hire units with special weapons, not only plain ones, but this could be a mod, not a fix.
Of course normal weapons should be the most common, but the others should be available.
A starting table could be:
01% Adamanthium
04% Mithril
15% Magic
80% Normal
