Not wanting to nag, but please make sure to leave instructions, I really don't trust myself in this crowd (especially with a game I haven't heard of for a month tongue) so I won't want to play without.

Capital is to work 2 scientists as of next turn. Otherwise, grow all the cities to max size (whipping for work boats where applicable). Grow on military, there is more needed on the Krill border (south east). 1 more settler required. Otherwise build cottages.

Tech wise, finish maths and then park at 0% on currency. I really have no more plan than that, there are no elaborate micro plans or macro plans hah.

In the U.S. its standard operating procedure to bring lots of alcohol, clearly a necessity to survive such an expedition alright.

Wow are we in trouble!
I've only seen one save but we are losing money at 0% savings, and our territory is full of unchopped forests, we have little-to-no cottages (even at the cap!) and we've planted a bunch of cities that won't pay back forever.
We can't even plant that settler in the north because it is 2 tiles from our own cities. Not to mention, we can't a) defend it and b) afford it.
I'm fortifying the settler now, and pulling the men back to guard just off the choke.
I'm trying to get out enough workers to actually improve these cities so they're useful and also build cottages everywhere, but o think we are stuffed. I think we should work all commerce to try and get currency so we can build wealth. Unit builds are still going, but a few swapped for workers.
