What is your goal for this thread Raptorous?
I love the idea of a banter thread, but your post tells a story or chronicle about your civ - is there any reason you don't feel comfortable posting it in the story thread? A banter thread is a form of public diplomacy (part of the game) , a story thread is for fun (outside the game) - I guess its not a big deal but it would be nice to keep the two separate.
