I don't have a strong preference, nor does my vote really matter given my lack of relevancy. Happy to go with whatever the rest decide.

So, my home computer is dying, which is going to make hosting this an ongoing challenge - I'm going to have enough trouble keeping my civ games limping along. Given how close the other options were, I'm going to have to change the approach to this:
Call the game as an England/France win. Obviously you're free to argue would have beens, and I don't think anyone's going to be perfectly happy with this result. Continuing with Russia holding and turns resolved intermittently wouldn't have been especially happy either.
