Enabling Gravis Ultrasound support

I see that there is a replacement SNDDRV.LBX that is meant to enable Gravis Ultrasound support in MoM. How does it work? I installed it, but I don't see any music card selection on the INSTALL.EXE screen. How can you enable it? Anyone know?

I don't know how to enable it but here is a vid comparing the different DOS audio modes:

When I use General Midi mode the game runs slow on my old laptop so I stick with Soundblaster mode for music.

I wonder how much overhead Gravis Ultrasound takes.

I found some sites with more information about GUS and DOSbox.

It seems like you have to install GUS into DOSbox and/or replace the Soundblaster files with GUS files.

I feel more like nostalgic cheap sound card emulation.
The "patience" is called "patience" because it needs about twenty minutes of patience.
