Great game and map. I wanted to write a full report but I can't find the time :/
So a short summary of what I did.
I build the Oracle and grabbed CoL for Condusianism in 950 BC so I could pop my boreders more easily. I settled the narrow valley to the north which is my passage to England and further expand westward. I make a good friend of the French and join them on a war against Asoka. I get some border towns and we're at peace again.
From here I build up forces to capture two English cities near the earlier passage after which I make peace to build those up and get multiple stacks ready for England's demice. Once I start going in on England again France ask my help against Asoka once more. This would mean a two front war without good logistics but hey he's my buddy :D
I mainly harass Asoka at this point gaining little but once my production of units isn't needed in "New China" (formerly known as England), I start sending in more troops to the west.
A round of peace starts again with me building up some more. England has one town left and Asoka lost some northern towns to France. The Incans are nicely locked in between various small passages which keeps there furtile valley quite safe (I wish it was my start so I could've played an awesome builders game).
Time to take it all! Carefully planned military routes are followed dilligently by my troops marching through India. They fall easily and are assimilated shortly after the English populace
Time for the Incans. I expected way less resistence then I got. While fending off me in the south he actually captured 4 French cities
to his west. Time to for a war of attrition
I kept him busy while going into war build mode (police state) ~18 cities building barracks/forges/factories and 16+ buidling tanks all within 5 turns
Guess what he didn't last
So waiting a few more turns for Incan cities to embrace china cultural inheritance puts me over the domination limit in 1953 scoring 22134 points.
Something I did very extensively this game was use alot of leaders for free/partial techs something along the lines of 10-12 which really helped getting my fast expansion and expenses covered with new techs
This map was weird did you add some mountains? It where 4 perfect quadrants which were closed almost completely with mountains. Travel could only go clockwise or counter clockwise with the biggest opening being north of the sea west of Beijing. Great work if you did, made for some really good strategical options
