I decided to be greedy and go for CH's city instead. Not a really sound idea in hindsight, but oh well.

Interturn, Fenn reached full meter, and Brick conserved his meter and built a neotank. It's hard to get artillery in position given a potential Max Force so I guess I'll have to counter the neotank with...B-Copters? (that is, assuming I don't want to splurge on a neotank or bomber myself).
