Jesus, I really stole 11 kills from my team as a tank? Granted, one of the more item dependent tanks? It should be 0/1/25. Good thing the enemy team wasn't too good.
Also, the same day I went 0/9/4 Rammus because Varis was the enemy jungler. :P Gustaran Wrote:Yeah right! :neenernee That noob sona. Missed so many ultis. Real dumb play. Think hog-visage was alright. Felt that the two kages picks though were noob. Still don't know how to build. I guess hog-S Visage-aegis if needed-deathcap? Didn't feel like I needed the mana from AA, otherwise would have snuck a tear into there..
For Sona, I like to open Meki Pendant -> Tear of the Goddess (you will be spamming your skills with Sona, and you need the extra mana regen). Build cooldown boots and then either Soul Shroud or Shureliya's, depending on how the game is going. Sona has awful AP ratios, so it's much more important to build cooldown and mana regen so that you can keep Sona-styling (mash Q/W/E repeatedly) and keep all of your auras active at once. Yes, blue buff is great on Sona, but you probably want to give that to your AP carry. So build cooldown reduction and mana regen.
On another note, the Thursday night RB thing went very well. The quality of play was far higher than the Tuesday night YouTube games. Hopefully we'll do it again next week. I'll also try to be around online today (Saturday) for some games.
Honestly I don't think I know you from anywhere, Iainuki, so adding a few of our profiles to friends list would be good for starters. And we play on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (which turn into mornings when being Polish is involved).
Also, TreeEskimo examined the tournament game Sullla casted earlier from the angle of the losing team.

Oh, hey! Guess who's the jungler on the enemy team! If you guessed "a Flash/Exhaust Tryndamere", you win a cookie! For more cookies, guess who lost that game! That's right! The team with a Nunu who can't even counterjungle a SMITELESS TRYNDAMERE! I'm going to ragequit whenever I see a smiteless jungler. Even if that smiteless jungler is Kassadin, he sure is going to perform one hell of a lot better than I am going to. Deceptus Wrote:Oh, hey! Guess who's the jungler on the enemy team! Darn I guessed double jungle alistar and rumble (who the hell is rumble anyway) for the record it has been awhile since I last played Lol Deceptus Wrote:Oh, hey! Guess who's the jungler on the enemy team! If you guessed "a Flash/Exhaust Tryndamere", you win a cookie! There is no doubt that a smite-Nunu is a very good jungle choice, much better than a no-smite Tryndamere. If that did not work out in a particular game for you, that doesn't mean neglecting smite is a good idea You don't even have to play bad: If the enemy jungler gets two easy kills he will be ahead of you, even if you usually would be faster. Let's hope RIOT soon releases a replay mode that features an observer option, so it's actually possible to see what the other team (jungler) does. |
