- Settler moves to plant city#6 on T76 9 of silver
- Both workers on silver roading
- Chariot on silver promote to C1 and heal
- 'retep' moves on silver
- no diplo actions toward GG this turn (no DoW/peace)
- EP on GG this turn
Looks good. If there's any chance we can get Yos/Cal's units to help out, that'd also be great.
If Rome does move their chariot towards us then we'll (I'll) look stupid, but declaring war on them could be even worse for us. That was my rationale.

We could send the quechua that is currently by that fur in that land bridge between you us and LP. We also have an axe we're using to protect us from barbs that we could send that way

Both of those will take awhile to arrive, though
Moved south units back on silver.
Start EP on Rome.
Scout moved toward empire. NW warrior come back in to our borders.
Slider at 100% for 1 turn on Masonry. Didn't sure we could hold it till T84.
Workers will finish flood plains farm next turn and ready to connect stone.
Queue on Cornell is library still, chop is coming. Maybe we should put it into barracks, I don't know.
Rome's chariot retreat i dont know where.
GG whipped that city for 2 pop I guess, its size2 now.
Our city#6 founded and connected. Start workboat, working 2/0/0 atm, ugly...
Seems LP ready to 1-2 more cities. I wouldn't be surprissed if they inform us that settling deal is off.
LP's warrior advanced closer to UC. Maybe just wanna contact India.
I did chatted with Yos and he is prommise to wait we chat again before move quechua, in case we need help with military close to city#6.
It's a very big favour to ask, I'm not sure we should ask him come back and protect us instead contact with India.
Domestic is kinda meh. I'll think about it and finish turn soonish. Any ideas?
Spear is done in Stanford, what to build now?
UC grow to size6 and start settler, whip it next turn.
Chop is done near Cornell, library in 2-3 turns unless we wanna build barracks or another unit with it. Flood plains farmed, Cornell size2 next turn with ~11/24 food stored.
2 workers between CM and MIT are free to go. I was planning put 1 of them to chop into city#7 granary, not sure about 2nd.
Pictures later, after turn is finished. Sorry.
But here is interesting one. We establish TR with Rome and look at this:
Yep, no Iron, not even Copper connected.
Oh, and Asterix wanna know what we know after decide not to tell us about 'mortal danger' from LP. Pretty nice diplomacy by him.
I was gonna talk with him the turn we met Yos and saw Rome's border, but he sent us that e-mail with accusations and also mention he won't tell us anything now. So I didn't talk with him.
I'll try to send a message to Asteix tonight after my deadline at 8 PM…sent him a personal message and he seemed sincere in his response so hopefully there's something we can do.
Anyway thank god rome retreated …
But to address other points quickly:

Let's not give up on LP setting deal. If they violate it, we tell everyone.
-Stanford: No idea what to build here. Would like a library, but can we afford to with Rome? Want to play it safe with an axe, but make it 1 turn to completion and only complete if we needed to?
-UC: yes, whip settler next turn is fine. I actually like the moai site … and it lets us use our workboat so it's not wasted
-Cornell: library is fine. Not sure what to do after that ...
The 2 workers: yes, 1 is fine to go to city 7, can we get the other one near there to cottage more land? We badly need more cottages, as I keep saying. Alternatively, we can road to city 6… actually if there are workers up by Berkeley then we can put them onto city 7 up north and can put both workers near CM/MIT to work either cottaging or roading…
What about Yos's quechua?
Do we need asking him for comeback and possibly gift us that unit for something (I don't know what yet)?
Our Spear could be on a silver tile on T80 ... after GG moved already. Not sure when we've got Axe there.
We have 3rd chariot pretty close, near Cornell atm.
Quechua could be in city#6 on T78.
Rome just whip that border city and it has barracks in it.
I thought he can't whip Spear or Axe, but he might have copper or even Iron in some city not connected to capital.
OTOH, that border city is connected to Rome, cause we establish TR.
I wouldn't have Yos/Cal gift us the unit … just having it in the 'general area' as a backup backup would be nice. Only needed if they declare war (and we'll be able to tell in time since we have culture visibility). Of course, if they're willing to gift it to us in the event that GG DO declare war, that'd be awesome. But now we don't need extra unit costs.
Hopefully rome whipped a building, rather than a praetorian … they could theoretically have iron connected just now and the trade screen wouldn't have updated (?) … regardless, nothing we can do now but pack everything we've got in UIllinois.
Any idea what to do with Stanford? I don't think we need more than 1 spear unless we think GG is prioritizing chariots over praetorians, which is a stupid move imo. Then again, attacking us would be a stupid move since our copper is deep in the empire and I don't have a problem whipping the entire empire to build axes. We could build an axe, as I suggested, perhaps via whip, or whip barracks -> axe. Still, Stanford should really be more of a research/cottage city so a barracks seems wasteful.
EDIT:
As I understand, the current city counts as of turn 76 (turn not finished for everyone though…)
(9) Vicky/India (CB): Turns 28, 37, 42, 50, 58, 59, 75, 75
(7) Pacal/NA (SutOxy): Turn 36, 43, 59, 63, 71, 72
(6) Willem/Ottoman (M & Ast.): Turn 38, 52, 62, 71, 74 (I may be wrong on this … did he also found a city on turn 73? If so that's 7 cities for him…)
(6) Sury/Byz (Us): Turn 33, 50, 58, 66, 76
(5) Isabella/Inca (Yos): Turn 33, 46, 62, 67
(4) Ragnar/Rome (GG): Turn 38, 54, 60
(4) HC/Dutch (Orgy): Turn 42, 56, 67
(4) Mansa/Zulu: Turn 38, 53, 69
(4) Darius/England: Turn 39, 55, 71
(3) Nap/Sumeria (Pony): Turn 49, 63
It's really quite surprising the disparity between the expansion speed of the top teams versus bottom teams in the list above …
To add one more thing to worker actions: If we have 2 workers in the area, perhaps only one should pasture the deer after the silver, and the other one can help road back to Stanford. What is your current plan on building the road to connect UIllinois with the rest of the empire via roads? Alternatively, both workers could road, if we value that road connection over the 4f deer (which isn't a good food tile anyway).
