Pindicator: I've been out for most of the weekend so I'm just ignoring the complaints about my lack of activity as invalid.

I thought bigger was questioning the quality of your posts, not the activity level.

While you're at it can you comment on you "forgetting" that Tasunke always panic role-claims with the slightest bit of pressure? You've always seem to remember details like that, it seems odd to me that you forget his play in ww11 and ww12.

I'll vote Mattimeo. I would like him to explain his reasoning with his change of heart. First he thinks Tasunke's claim doesn't mean anything

With Brick saying that at least half the town is vanilla, seems a relatively safe claim for everyone...
Town special role could claim to reduce the chance scum hit them, by exactly your reasoning.
Scum can claim because it's not likely to immediately get them killed in a counter-claim.
And of course, actual VT can claim because it's their actual role.

So, while I agree that Tasunke's early claiming habits are regrettable, and predictable enough that effort should possibly be taken to avoid it, I don't know that it necessarily clears him, or even implies that he is lacking a patricularly strong town role. Though yes, it probably clears him from minor town roles.

And then he says it makes him the best chance to be scum

Voting Tasunke. His claim seems to eliminate town-aligned power roles for him, leaving open vanilla town, or all scum. So he has the highest simple chance of being scum. And if it's wrong, he's not a power role, so we're not losing anything too badly.
