True, if it became only a tie, then Zak's stick vote woulda been tiebreaker.

However ... I can see that it woulda been hella controversial if it all came down to Gaspar's too late/or not too late vote.

If, however, it was super clear that Gaspar's vote would not have counted (as, depending on what the timestamps say, it may well have been clear to even Gaspar that he was late in voting) ... then Gaspar is just obviously trying to get village cred on a vote that he didn't actually want to make >.> (thus waiting until after the timelimit is up).

Depending on circumstances then, Gaspar's timely vote could have stirred controversy, or could only serve to place suspicion on himself. Its also quite possible that he was drunk and slightly oblivious to the timer.

Still, I'll put Gaspar as 'sketchy' for now.

Believe me, I'm well aware that a vote that late is scummy but I saw the Bigger bus and hadn't seen a vote count so I wanted to try. Was 5:59 when I started my post but I type like a 10 thumbed monkey on my phone so went thru late.

There's no way I'd make that vote to try and get village cred, I got filleted for doing that once before in a game.
