When I first read it, I thought novice was trying to say that the post restriction was a side effect of the cloacking. " hey I'm still partially cloaked and don't have my own voice back yet. ". But the second reading seemed more plausible
if I was novice and rolled wolf 1 more time, I might be tempted to fake the very post restriction I had previously faked. It's audacious, of course, but well within the realmsbeyond of possibility. He wouldn't have much to gain with it ( he already is looking solidly town), but it would make for good drama in the post-game mafia victory lap.
