Follower and watcher do complement each other a bit in the sense that if the watcher detects a PR, the follower can then check to see how powerful this role is and whether or not to kill it. Or they can simply target different villagers and kill whoever does something one way or another.
So we have two meta arguments going on:
1) Injera is likely villager because follower + watcher more or less duplicate each other
2) Injera is likely scum because follower makes far more sense for scum to have
No matter which one you prefer, I don't think it's enough to declare him leaning innocent or guilty (based on meta alone).
