By weed I was referring in part to the confusion about narrowing down suspects and to you saying it's for the better that you don't have to make up a fake claim today. No, I don't think it's better (at least from a village perspective) that TT died. And even if it was better, how does that matter in any way? If you are scum, the best scum move was to kill TT and wiggle your way out of it. If you're not scum, the best move was to leave you alive and let TT mislynch you. I don't find it likely scum ignored TT being on to you with a flashlight and a shotgun, and I don't find it likely they'd want to pass on the chance to have him mislynch you. This doesn't prove you scum (I used "likely" both times for that reason), but it points you in that direction and I don't understand why you're trying to wiggle out of this particular suspicion. There's little you can do about it as it doesn't concern stuff you've done. If the suspicion was about something you'd said or done, you could clarify or poke holes in that.
