Well, this looks like a good time to concede that there's a theoretical chance Gaspar is innocent. 
You are an unlikely target, Uberfish. The last scum would need two more mislynches - it's hard to imagine that he wouldn't keep you around with the amount of heat you were catching. I don't think a deliberate no kill is likely, either.
