OIC, then I did misunderstand.
Look the basic premise is wanting a game where most players aren't experienced*. If there are suggestions that folks may be not-so-inexperienced* as to warrant exclusion from a game with this idea, then fine. But I'm in no position to say who might or might not be eligible.
We don't 'need' a 'system' and perhaps that suggestion was not great. *But* I didn't like the idea really of moving a somewhat solid imaginary line (no MP XP), to an arbitrary imaginary line (<=3 games) without some outside opinion of whether zero-xp competitors might have 'half a chance'. That's why I suggested it could be done that way.
Also, we need experienced* players to be making regular and constructive contributions if the tentative game ideas are going to gel. I don't know that there's any point in getting too caught up in any one suggestion or idea, as they're all pretty subject to change if interested parties want them to.
