What a wonderful morning!
That seems to imply that you think I'm an annoying villager - not that I'm scum.
Yes, Mattimeo, my point was that Gaspar has a history of being active around deadlines, and also that he has a penchant for "manipulating" it, for lack of a better word. In WW7, he faked an internet outage right before the deadline to mislynch me. I don't actually think that's a good argument against him, but if he wants to go down that road, that's where we're heading.
If the scum did a deliberate no kill, I think it's much more likely that it's something he/they did after careful consideration, going through the math and deciding that it's worth the risk. (The risk being that the game drags on for an extra day due to another failed kill.) It's a big decision, and I don't really see anyone doing it on the spur of the moment based on that relatively vague claim from PB. Most likely, Bigger learnt something night 1 with his Hack ability, or the other scum has some investigative power, and they decided already at that point to go for a no kill on night 2. If they knew or had reason to suspect that there were roleblockers/jailers in play, it makes a lot of sense.

If you know what I mean.
