ORG absolutely helps with TGL (although not as much as IND). NH was confused because you said "I guess ORG doesnt help with lighthouse." perhaps you meant ORG doesnt help with the oracle?
its hard to predict which wonders will fall in what order in a MP game, unless you are able to track exactly what techs everyone has. this map has a lot of water, so its not too surprising TGL fell before oracle.
iirc (it was a long time ago) several wonders fell before stonehenge in pb8. you never know.
