Yeah, I can get that, although I can't see when we would have shared the fish from the capital to Buick at any time yet (The fish's growth was too vital to just about every plan so far to remove)...and since we were worried about war, I didn't feel comfortable not settling on the copper (Especially since the city would not have been a great Moai city IMHO)
Think of it this way: If we hadn't put it where we did, we still wouldn't have copper hooked up OR would have just hooked it up (But w/o any cottages up), with a neighbor as close as we have to the south
