Yellow for FIN, Red for ORG, Blue for PRO and Orange and Green for combinations.
Maybe Serdoa and Pindicooter get the luck to make up for their land/proximity to Commodore in PB8? I'd rate them, Plako, Commodumi and NakorFool as the most likely winners at first glance.
Only three IND civs, I'd hope to start near one of them and relieve them of some early wonders...
