I've been "working" a while with Mining->BW->Fishing stuff. Here is one of the variations, where settler comes eot36:

This gets a faster growth curve than the one that I posted last time, but is a bit behind in hammers and has two forests less. Probably still worth it though.
PS. I tried to follow your BW-beeline-opening in the spreadsheet, but I think there is something weird how the food accumulates from T15 onwards.
Not that it really matters, the main things can be easily followed anyway.
PS2. Let's try to settle the 2nd city so that it either shares with the capital or has in the first ring all its important tiles. Of course if we need a border pop, barracks is there for it..
PS3. There is also a settler EOT34 version of this, but due to worse tiles to work it ends up couple of food behing (but couple of hammers ahead).
