Man, I'm split on this. The main pluses that I see with 1N are that we get at least two riverside greens compared to none, and we can have our second city share the deer. Of course, 1N is a risk given all the fog. It looks like there is a plains tile sticking into the known land, and at least two, possibly three water tiles. By moving, we leave behind two water tiles, a plain, a grassland and a grassland hill. To me, this is a good enough exchange that the other benefits outweigh it. That doesn't include the possibility that we might orphan the tiles in the north if they cornered by water by settling in place.
