I hear you.

On the other hand the plains cow city is only faster in the beginning as it can borrow fish from the capital. And the only other useful resource it gets.. ..is plains cow Meanwhile the more southern city gets a total of 3 new resources, rice, grassland cows and copper.. In the mid-term that city will be stronger..

But yeah, I do value fast starts (especially in our current position) and if you prefer plains cow city first I need to accept it or prove it wrong!
