Just a quick comment: I think our scout should sit in place as our settling plans become more complicated already if one barb warrior appears. And didn't yurimack come from that direction, so it might be that huts are already taken there, maybe not though.. 
I wonder if we should get AH for horses and cheap archery that we can 1-pop whip bowman if required.. Early maths would of course be nice, but getting "real defenders" out will probably be necessary fairly soon. IIRC, the maximum speed that barbs get new techs is 3 % per turn. So if people got BW on average around T30, barb axes start appearing approximately ~T63. Probably a bit later though.. And this is all just stuff that I think I have read somewhere..
